It may seem like we are in the middle of nowhere but in actuality we are only a very short drive to Durham, Chapel Hill, Eno River, & downtown Hillsborough. The short drive to civilization is very scenic & you have lots of cows to keep you company.In a pinch, there is a convenience store only 2 miles away in 2 different directions, & there is an ice cream parlor less than 5 miles.
