Under contract - now what?
This is where we break out the magnifyimg glass. We do our inspections, look for potential issues we missed during first visit, trying our best to ensure the property disclosures were accurate and you have a solid understanding of the condition and what exactly you're purchasing. We'll have an appraisal, evaluate the property lines for encroachments to ensure clean title.
